Myki For MSPs integrates with Kaseya VSA in order to import companies and users.
This simplifies the process of onboarding your MSP and your customers into Myki.
Configuring the integration in the Myki Portal
In order to connect Myki to Kaseya VSA you will need your Username, your Password and the Base URL that you use to access your Kaseya VSA dashboard.
Note: The Kaseya Username can be different than your company email address that you use to sign in.
The Base URL is the domain that you use to authenticate to Kaseya VSA. Make sure that you remove everything after the subdomain.domain.TLD combination.
After filling the authentication information click on "Connect" this will attempt to establish a connection between Myki and Kaseya VSA.
Now that you are properly connected to Kaseya VSA, you can map your existing Myki companies with your Kaseya VSA companies in order to simplify importing users. You can also import your Kaseya VSA companies straight into Myki.
Mapping existing Myki companies to Kaseya VSA companies
You can map your existing Myki companies with Kaseya VSA companies by matching the items in the mapping table.
This ensures that when you or one of you are within a managed company account, the integration will only allow imports from the matched company. (i.e. Myki company A cannot import items of Kaseya VSA company B by mistake).
Importing Kaseya VSA companies into Myki
