Users are your company’s team members. Users are imported using their email addresses. This allows you to automatically onboard users added into other platforms by using available integrations.
Importing users to your MSP account can be done in two different ways:
1) From the 'MSP Users' Section
Start by logging into the Desktop App > Click on the 'Enterprise Portal' (looks like a small suitcase) > Select ‘MSP Users’ > Click on 'Import Users'.
Select the method you wish to use to import users:
2) From the 'Integrations' Section
Click on the 'Enterprise Portal' (looks like a small suitcase) > Select 'Integrations'. You will first need to set up the desired integration before being able to sync users but also companies, groups and passwords.

After you’ve successfully added/imported your users into your MSP Account, they will receive an invitation email to join the company. Whether they are current or new Myki users, this detailed step-by-step- guide ( link) will walk them through how to join your MSP company,
If the user’s status is listed as 'Invitation Pending', this means that the user was created and sent an invitation by email to join the company, but has not yet accepted the invitation. You can choose to 'Re-Invite' them to generate a new email or 'Un-invite User' by clicking on the User’s name.
Once, the user has accepted the invitation, the ‘Invitation Pending’ badge will disappear.
If the user is an administrator, it will be replaced by an ‘Administrator’ green badge.
