To import users by uploading a file from your computer, you will first need to login to your Enterprise Portal > Select 'MSP Users' > Click on the 'Import Users' button on the right side of the screen.
Once presented with the different options to import users, choose the ‘File from Computer’ option
To import users by uploading a file from your computer, you will first need to make sure that it is in the right format: you should have a header in the first row that includes the following columns:
The order and the name of the header titles don't matter; you'll be able to map them out to a property in Myki at a later stage.
You can also download the example CSV file by pressing on ‘Download example CSV file’ at the top of the page.
To upload your users file, simply drag and drop that file into the box and press ‘Next’.
You will now be prompted to map columns in your file to password properties by using the drop down menu. Anything that hasn’t been automatically mapped can be manually mapped using the dropdown menu. You can also choose the ’Don’t import column’ option in the drop-down to ignore a certain column.
Double check the list of users you are about to import making sure that all columns are correct and click the 'Next' button whenever you're ready. You will now see the full list of users to be imported.
Quickly review the list and click on the 'Next' button. You will get a confirmation that your users have been successfully imported to your portal, you can go ahead and click on the 'Next' button.
Note: if you are adding more users than licenses you are subscribed to, you will get a notification to validate the new import as it would come with additional fees.

Lastly, Myki will show you a summary of your actions. You can decide to make final modifications if you need to, otherwise simply hit the 'Done' button.
