You can access your MSP Policies by logging in to your Enterprise Portal, and going to the MSP Policies section.

There are three columns in that list: 

  • The policy name
  • The policy type
  • The policy description 

Search for a Policy

To search for specific policy,  you can use the search bar on the top right of the list. 

Add Security Policy

To add security policies, simply press the ‘Add Policy’ button at the top right of the section. For a detailed guide on how add the different types of policies, check out these articles: location based policy, time based policy, IP address based policy.

Delete Policy

To delete a policy, right-click on this policy’s row and select ‘Delete Policy'

Preview Policy

To preview a security policy, simply press on the ‘Preview’ button when you hover over the required policy. A window will pop-up to the right with general information about the policy. You can also delete the policy from that window.

Policy Info 

For additional information on a specific policy, you can click on the policy’s name to access the ‘Policy Info’ page. 

On the left side, you will find the selected security policy’s card that includes the policy's  general information: name, description and depending on the type the location: the IP Address, Location, or hours and days selected. You can also delete the policy from there.

On the right side of the Policy Info page, you have access to different tabs: 

1. Policy Info Tab

The Policy Info tab includes general information about the policy:

  • Policy employees: list of all employees this policy has been enforced on
  • Policy groups: list of all groups this policy has been enforced on
  • Policy items: list of all items this policy has been applied to
  • Policy item folders: list of all item folders this policy has been applied to

2. Users Access Tab

In the Users Access tab, you will find all of the users in your account. To enforce the policy on additional users, simply check the box at the left of the user’s name and click ‘Save’. Similarly, to relieve a user from this policy’s restrictions, simply uncheck the box. 

To search for a specific user, use the search bar at the top right of the ‘Users Access’ tab.

3. Groups Access Tab

In the Groups Access tab, you will find all of the MSP Groups available in your account. To enforce the security policy on a specific group, simply check the box at the left of the group’s name and click ‘Save’. Similarly, to relieve a user group from this policy’s restrictions, simply uncheck the box. 

To search for a specific MSP group, use the search bar at the top right of the ‘Groups Access’ tab.

You can also create a group directly from that page by clicking on ‘Create group' at the top right of the page and filling the required information.

4. Items Access Tab

In the Items Access tab, you will find all of the items (passwords, secure notes, payment cards) that are in your MSP Vault. To apply the security policy to specific items, simply check the box at the left of the item and click ‘Save’. Similarly, to un-assign the security policy from an item, simply uncheck the box. 

To search for a specific item, use the search bar at the top right of the ‘Items Access’ page.

You can also create an item directly from that page by clicking on ‘Create Item’ at the top right of the page and filling the required information.

5. Item Folders Access Tab

In the Item Folders Access tab, you will find all of the item folders available in your account. To apply the security policy to specific item folder, simply check the box at the left of the item folder and click ‘save’. Similarly, to un-assign the security policy from an item folder, simply uncheck the box. 

To search for a specific item folder, use the search bar at the top right of the ‘Item Folders Access’ tab.

You can also create an item folder directly from that tab by clicking on ‘Create folder’ at the top right of the page and filling the required information.

To go back to the MSP Policies section, simply click on ‘Security Policies’ at the top left of the Policy Card or on 'MSP Policies' in the left navigation bar.
