To access the Enterprise Portal, click on 'Enterprise Portal' ( looks like a little suitcase) at the bottom left  of the page.

If you have multiple companies (your MSP’s and other managed companies), you will have to select which portal you wish to access. From this page, you will also be able to create a new team by clicking on 'Add Company'

Each MSP account is identified with an 'MSP' green badge next to the company's name.

Note: if you only have one enterprise account, you will be immediately redirected to the portal .

Once you're inside your MSP portal, here are the different sections and tabs you will have access to:

MSP Users

By default, you will be directed to the 'MSP Users' section. It includes all users that you have invited to join your MSP company.

This is where you can invite, edit, and remove users that are part of your MSP.

Items, Item Folders and Security Policies can then be assigned to these groups in bulk which will result in having every user in the group be affected by the assignment.
