To update your enterprise portal's Idle time from the Desktop App, login to your 'Enterprise Portal' (looks like a little suitcase), click on 'Settings' and go to the 'Advanced Settings' tab.

From there, you will see the default duration of the session before it expires set to 15 Minutes. 

Hover over the '15' to change the Idle Time and click on 'Save'.
