In the Myki for MSPs portal, there are a set of reports and dashboards that you have access to.

They will provide you with comprehensive insights around your MSP’s and your managed companies’ accounts, login behavior, as well as highlight ‘at risk’ data to be addressed.

To access the MSP reports here is what you need to do:

Login to your Enterprise Portal and select 'MSP Reporting'. The drop-down list will showcase a set of different reports available: Analytics, Companies Analytics, Security Dashboard, MSP Audit Logs and Companies Audit Logs.

Analytics Report

In the Analytics report you will find general information about your Myki for MSPs account (it does not include insights around the companies you manage, the reports only reflects your internal portal information):

  • Number of users
  • Number of passwords

as well as the activity conducted through Myki:

  • Last login
  • Most used account
  • Least used account
  • Most used browser
  • Account in use
  • Number of logins/user
  • Browser usage
  • Login graph

You can select different time ranges you'd like to see the data filtering down the information to a specific day, time, week, month, or year. Simply use the drop-down list at the top left of the page.

Companies Analytics

On the other side, the Companies Analytics report showcases information pertaining to the companies you are managing.

At the top left you will find the total number of companies you are managing and the total number of users under these companies.

More detailed information about the managed companies include the number of:

  • Items
  • Passwords
  • Payment Cards
  • Secure Notes
  • Security Policies
  • Groups
  • Item Folders
  • Licenses Deployed/ Licenses Purchased

If you press on any of the boxes at the top of the page, a detailed list pertaining to that box category will appear at the bottom of the page. (e.g. if you press on items, the full list of items in all managed companies will appear)

Security Dashboard

The Security Dashboard highlights your company’s security score and provides a detailed view on the strength of your passwords. There are three layers available in the security dashboard. From top to bottom:

  • Company’s security score (ie. how secure/at risk is your company?). This score is based on the passwords currently in use across your organization
  • Overview of your user’s password hygiene: you will see your most secure user, and your least secure user. If you press on your ‘Users’ box, you will see the list of all of your users along with the number of passwords they have access to and their security score
  • Overview of all of the passwords in use across your organization: they will be categorized as follows: weak passwords (e.g. abcd), reused passwords (passwords that have been used more than once across accounts), old passwords (passwords that haven’t been updated for a long time), and at risk (passwords that were identified to be part of a security breach). When you select any of the categories, you will find the relevant list of passwords along with their status (e.g. strong password, weak, reused).
