I- If you have MYKI setup on another device
A. Install MYKI on a new device
The steps will slightly vary depending on the platform you're installing MYKI on.
- If you're installing MYKI on your tablet/mobile device:
Start the process by installing MYKI on a new device and typing in the phone number associated with your current MYKI account.
Since you’re using the same phone number, MYKI will recognize that an existing account is associated with your phone number. You will be prompted to choose from one of three options. Pick this one: Add this Device to your MYKI account. Your phone will generate a QR code and a pairing code so a device that you already have MYKI installed on can add it.
- If you're installing MYKI on your computer:
Install the MYKI Desktop App, a QR code will be displayed, ready to be paired with a device you already have MYKI installed on.
B. Pairing
Open MYKI app on your existing device. The steps will slightly vary depending on which platform you have MYKI installed on.
- If you have the Desktop App installed
Go to the Paired Device section > Click on “Add an App” and type in the pairing code displayed on your new device.
If you have the Phone App installed
- Go to the Devices tab and click on “Add an App”. Here you can either use the QR code or type in the pairing code displayed on your new device.
That wraps it up!
